A useful corporate gifting brief answers five questions: who is receiving the gift, how many units are needed, what each unit should contain, what branding is required, and when and where the gifts must arrive.
Begin with the recipient group. A client presentation, employee welcome kit and conference giveaway can have different requirements even at the same budget. Choose the category first, then compare the actual contents. A gift-set name or photograph is not a substitute for an itemised included-pieces list.
Separate the product decision from the personalisation decision. Record the selected model and colour, whether it carries a company mark or individual name, and exactly which part will be personalised. Do not assume every piece in a set receives the same name. The product description should identify the personalised piece.
Use a simple order worksheet with one row per recipient and columns for model, colour, exact name, delivery group and approval status. Assign one person to approve the final list. When a name changes, update the master list rather than sending several conflicting versions in different messages.
Ask for a proof or agreed specification before production. For logos, provide the artwork format requested by the supplier and confirm the permitted surface and placement. If the gift includes personal names, check the longest names as well as a short example.
Plan backwards from the date the gifts are needed. Allow separate time for selecting the product, confirming stock, approving artwork, preparing personalised items and shipping. Ask for the proposed schedule in writing for a contracted order; do not treat a general delivery estimate as a bulk-production commitment.
ROSHFORT's B2B page sets out current eligible quantity tiers and the contracted-order process. Use that page and the product's current pricing rather than an old screenshot of an offer.
Before committing, confirm invoice details, delivery addresses, packaging and how a shortage or damaged item should be reported. A clear written brief helps both sides deliver the same order.
